Quadrant are block-based protocols that allow you to access, develop and distribute data products and services with authenticity and origin in your center. Quadrant aims to provide a work plan for mapping disparate data sources. It will support the testing of the legitimacy and authenticity of data through data sealing, the creation of "constellations" (intelligent data contracts) for disparate data sources, and fair remuneration and exchange of incentives.

A great deal of real data is needed to make the new algorithms work; however, the current data economy is full of problems. There is a growing gap between those who have the means to collect and store their own data and those who do not. The information they lack access to is often fragmented and of a certain authenticity, that is, the kind of information that generates bad results when feeding algorithms.

The problem of the data economy

2. Falsification of omnipresent and non-authentic data to destroy the usefulness of any algorithm.
3. The unsustainable supply of data that disrupts production systems when they are shut down.
