Xinzhao will be played with Hail of Blades. (His passive and his Q activate and make perfect synergy with the rune, makes xinzhao the best duelist in the jungle in this 8.11, for the speed buff attack and healing that this has.)

Like Camille, his CORE item will be the trinity force & Steerak. (xinzhao and camille.)

Top Tier supp: Morgana.

Top tier mid: Fizz

With the nerf of the early of the ADC, it becomes the best assassin ap of the game and the current goal, since it will make it easier for the roaming to bot and ensure a double kill in each time it is broken and as it is now in goal. the jg and top AD, the mid ap gives a lot of advantage in Team Fight and you can climb very easily and benefit from the roaming that you do almost always assuring the murder.

With the new looter, LUCIAN and KAI'SA are 100% PICK or BAN.

With the new item Edge of the storm: MF and Draven, are fully in goal, since they exceed the damage in early and with this rune are greatly benefited in that damage.

not to mention the nerf to the life and armor of the adc in early, these 2 champs with that item of core, is a stomp of safe line.

Serious nerf was 3 AD and more CD to his R, so he is still super annoying in the JG.
