I started eliminating sodas, and decreasing sugar, eating at the hours, completing jogging in the mornings and doing exercises, in my case, I went to the gym, but we can also do a routine at home with basic exercises.
Believe me that I lose 21 kilos never leaving me a good taste, I do not have to see it as a diet if not as a lifestyle, it is not difficult and more when you ask yourself to taste better with yourself.

Our plate should consist of proteins, a carbohydrate and vegetables.
