Sliced fish gratin with shrimp
INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 sea bass fillet
2 teaspoon oil
2 chopped tomatoes in cubes
White wine cup
1 cup of milk cream
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cube of broth with shrimp flavor
Salt and pepper to taste
1o 2 cup of shrimp
Parmesan cheese cup
1 Clove of chopped garlic.
PREPARATION
First we pricked our small tomatoes, then we proceed to sauté our fish fillet that remains golden, when it is ready we remove it and that same oil we fry the tomatoes and the chopped garlic, when this soft we add the wine and then we put the coconut cream and cream of milk we hope it thickens a little over low heat then we put our cube and wait a little, we try and if we add salt and pepper to taste and finally add our shrimp to have a thickness like sauce slow fire sauce.
In a mold we place our steak, we pour our sauce very thick and at the top we place our mozzarella cheese and we gratinate it for about 10 minutes.
Before gratinar we will stay like this.
After 10 minutes we serve with patacones and avocado salad, or with what you want to accompany it is an easy and very good recipe I recommend it
