Problems of an engineer in India

Engineering...as we know well about it...the problems we face is that...the total employable engineers...are very less than the jobs available...maximum number of engineer are jobless...I think...the problem is with both the system...and some students too...as they get involved into various bad things...so I want to say that we must be taught how to be an engineer not just a B.Tech degree holder...
