In Time

Sometimes, just sometimes
You just wish you can push rewind.
Erase the negativity,
Or for that matter skip the hard times.

But most times, almost all the time
You find yourself repeating.
Repeating to get used to it,
Or for that matter to be just fine.

Never will it be easy, always tough times
You made through them yesterday
And still are facing to this minute
A tomorrow to come just as today.

Many a hardships, a day at a time.
In your pockets full of time
You think,
You have enough to last a life time.

And yet it's not enough
You always fall short of
But don't you stop and loose breath,
For now is not the time.

To give up and feel at ease,
Wishing it never happened.
Cause winners don't quit
And all you wanted is to be a winner.

So here's my prayer in time
Hoping for enough strength in you.
You are to pass this test of time,
Yes you will as always, and

Just remember how you smiled
Then, how they smiled in reply.
How lively you felt
In all the life, time dealt you with.
