Guilin has an abundance of delicious food. We arranged for some standout dishes like Yangshuo Beer Fish, Chongshan Rice Noodles, and a Dong Minority-style Feast.

We also enjoyed many local snacks and authentic specialties. Recommended dishes include: Fish Sashimi, Dong-style Sour Fish, Bamboo Tube Rice, Chun Kee Roast Goose, Mugwort Rice Cakes, Eighteen Stuffed Delicacies, Snails, and of course, Beer Fish. Try not to drool!
