Buterin signed agreement with Russian bank

Ethereum Foundation will train blockchain specialists in Russia. The co-founder of Ethereum blockchain technology and Ethereum Foundation, Vitalik Buterin, has signed an agreement of partnership with Russian Vnesheconombank (VEB). As uzmancoin cites, according to the agreement, the foundation will work with VEB for a new blockchain research center to be established in Russia and to provide specialized training on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. Buterin commented that, the agreement will provide a unique opportunity to participate in research and development activities related to blockchain technology and to accelerate the adaptation of this technology to state institutions in Russia.
