I use high quality ingredients for this menu, making this food takes a lot of inspiration..
But I'm happy to making this menu..

Le dome green tea use emulsion green tea and butter scotch, sponge chocolate, sugar glass and chocolate truffle for chocolate dome..
Ingredients :
- chocolate mousse
