Make lifestyle changes, not resolutions..
Happy New Year's Eve!
Instead of making new year's resolution where you only do it for 1-2 weeks and then conveniently forget about it and go back to your normal habits, make lifestyle changes. I have a passion for biohacking and longevity, so you'll see me write a lot more about that in the near future.
Below are my 8 lifestyle changes/adaptation that has been proven to help you/people live longer and happier (I will go into more details on each topic on the next post), but for now, enjoy your NYE and keep these in mind!

1) Get enough sleep
Have a healthy diet
Exercise
Avoid bad habits (smoking, heavy drinking)
Manage stress
Always hustling
Be kind
Give and receive love
Stay Happy and Healthy!
