Emraan Hashmi reminisced about the iconic proposal scene from Jannat, disclosing that he used the same car to propose to actor Sonal Chauhan in the film and his now-wife, Parveen, in real.

During a recent interview with Mashable India, the
45-year-old actor unveiled the personal meaning associated with this movie moment, sharing how he used his personal Honda Accord car for the scene, which he had previously utilized in real life to propose to his then-girlfriend, now-wite, Parveen Shahani.

He said, "The famous proposal scene, 'No car, no pyaar, which keeps trending on Instagram, is a special one, the Honda Accord was my dream car, and I wanted to impress my girlfriend."
