I remember those years in school where we had to do group report
Report writing is one way to help your employees learn. As an employer, demanding for reports of completed trainings is a sure way to go.
If there are more than one person attending a training, each person should be made to give a report, as group report might not capture all delegates learning experience.
Every individual learns differently and this will help keep them fully alert in class and give every staff the opportunity to make tangible contributions.
Some people just hid under shadows and never get to learn any thing
