The Unappreciated Empath....

I sacrifice my well-being for others.
I surround myself with those that need to be helped while pushing away those that do not.
I offer advice to people while leaving my own problems unsettled, often times worsening my own struggles.
I feel the weight of the world resting on my shoulders, while others continue on in their "rainbow reality".
I see what the world has become, and what it should be.
