Lets See If Electroneum Is All About!
I started mining Electroneum very early this morning. I used 3 different rigs, and the only rig that can run without a problem for me is my trusty old Intel I-3 that sits in the corner. I am using Direct Mining, meaning that I have the blockchain downloaded and running on this machine locally. That also makes me a node in the total blockchain, even though my hashrate is low, its still helping out the blockchain more than If I was mining in a pool I believe.

I have also been running for just over 5 hours now, and this machine will be on most of the time anyways. I could have a higher hashrate with a dedicated GPU, but I want to prove the portable mining feature (CPU) they tout so much with this project, so lets see over the course of the weekend and the next week how I do, And if I do not even get 1 token then I will be for sure certain that you need to mine in a pool, or at least have a GPU.....we shall see, but so far nothing for me but that is ok im glad the blockchain is running.
I got a pool miner going right at the beginning and have like 500 etn. Then switched to direct miner but nothing yet.
This is fun, wonder if they will actually be worth anything
Thats awesome man, I only have got 205 ETN from pools, and none from direct but at least we are mining the blockchain direct so I assume soon we should start to get some. Allthough I thought since its small right now, it will be much more easy to get some in the first month I hope. There on coinmarketcap now at .17cents so thats a start!
