Electric Skateboard vs Go Kart

At Evolve we like pushing the boundaries and seeing what we can do with our electric skateboards. With this in mind we went about creating a custom Carbon GT and put it to the test against a GT5 SODI Go Kart!

This little video covers the highlights of a great day on the track, including the 220m sprint race between the custom Carbon GT and the Go Kart. We chose this distance as it was a good balance between acceleration (board) and top speed (go kart) to make it a closer race!   

This custom Race Series Carbon GT pushes the boundaries of what our electric skateboards can do with some mods. With 2 x 1500W motors with customised controller and battery settings, Evolve GT race wheels and specially adjusted trucks, this thing really does fly and it is extremely stable riding at 70km/hr!  

This custom GT isn't available publicly buuuuutt we do have something in a custom flavour coming up that we think you will really enjoy, so stay tuned :-)  

Importantly -  DO NOT try any of this yourself. This was done by and under the supervision of professionals.
