Summary Report of SLC22/WK5: Ladder Diagram PLC Programming and Solar Power.

Today, I will give a summary report of week 05 of Steemit Learning Challenge 22. This week, we discussed Ladder diagrams, PLC programming, and solar power. Seven students participated in homework this week. I have shown the summary report of week 05 below.

Students learn the basic symbols of the PLC Ladder Diagram. Learned to convert electrical wiring diagrams to ladder diagrams. Every student makes mistakes in some places. I reviewed each student's homework and pointed out mistakes. I think students can do better with more practice with ladder diagrams. Students are a little weak in practical work. Everyone is a little afraid of electricity. But every student is interested in learning about electricity, which inspired me.

Reason:
The student who placed first had the highest homework score. The student created the ladder diagram very nicely. His ladder diagram drawing was very nice and neat. I have shown his mistakes. Hopefully, he will do well if he studies with a ladder diagram. I found weaknesses in his practical work, so the score was slightly low, but the design was very good.

Reason:
The second student made some mistakes in the ladder diagram. The student did well in practicals. There was a mistake in the electrical diagram conversion to the ladder diagram. I reviewed the student's homework and pointed out the mistakes. I think students should pay more attention to the ladder diagram.

Reason:
Students have done well in drawing and converting from electrical wiring to ladder diagrams. I found weaknesses in student's practical work. But he learned circuit design and ladder symbols well. Since the two students had the same homework scores, I ranked him third because he did well on the ladder convert.

Reason:
The student did well in the practical but made a mistake in converting the ladder diagram. I reviewed the homework and pointed out the mistakes. Hopefully, you will be successful if you try using the ladder diagram. The student made a mistake in the ladder diagram conversion and got fourth place after getting an equal score.
