Have owned it for 1 months now and have over 700 miles on it. Plenty of power. Plenty of range. After I got it, they just upgraded to hydro brakes, what my luck ah! I usually ride on eco mode unless there is a hill. My rides average around 100 miles but have gone 115 without worrying about running out of battery. I really like the peace while riding. And glad to see that new model pegasus, I’m gonna pull the trigger. And I have had a few customer service interactions over the phone as well as a couple email questions answered and I'm really happy with Varla's customer service.
