MediBloc - Every Patients Choice

In my country (Nigeria). Appropriate keeping of patients medical file is quite a challenge for our hospitals due to the facts that records are written on paper and stored manually which often gets missing or misplaced when mishandled from time to time.

 Furthermore, we are faced with the issue of opening a new file and carrying out a medical test which has previously been conducted due to lack of a proper Database to save patients information which could lead to delay and complications in terms of emergencies.

Come to think of it If this database be created anyone could easily visit the nearest hospital at anytime to receive treatment without stress based on the information stored on the Database instead of going to a particular hospital Continually all the time.  Where u might be charged more than the normal amount for a particular Illness. 
Am happy the solution to this problem is so to be launched by MediBloc
