Translation: The Illusion of Participation of Major Groups In Confusing And Harmful Bureaucracy.

5. National Agenda 21/Sustainable Development Strategy
Agenda 21 requests that States adopt a national strategy for sustainable development to ensure socially responsible economic development while protecting the environment.
Translation: Tax Slave Farm Austerity Strategy
Agenda 21 requests that local mafias adopt an evil plan for centralized stagnation to ensure austere economic conditions while monopolizing the environment.
6. Equivalent Plan/Strategy in place of National Agenda 21
Relevant plans/strategies in place of National Agenda 21 include national conservation strategies and environment action plans, most notably, National Environmental Action Programmes.
Translation: Equivalent Evil Plan In place of Tax Slave Farm Agenda 21
Relevant evil plans include national violent monopoly strategies and over-complicated fraud plans, most notably, Wage Slave Farm Resource Extraction Programmes.
7. Local Agenda 21
Agenda 21 requests that each local authority enter into a dialogue with its citizens, local organizations and private enterprises and adopt a “Local Agenda 21”.
Translation: Agenda 21 requests that each local parasite con its local tax slaves, organizations, and entrepreneurs into adopting a “Local Resource Takeover”.
8. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Legislation
Governments are requested to implement national legislation to ensure that EIAs should be carried out.
Translation: Cherry Picked And Pseudo-scientific Assessments
Violent authoritarian parasite gangs are requested to force down their tax slaves throats evil laws that favor further monopolization of resources by a tiny psychopathic clique.

Agenda 21 encourages the development of indicators of sustainable development in national decision-making.
Translation: Austerity Development Indicators Programme
Agenda 21 encourages the development of indicators of austerity development in national ruling class decision-making.

well said. it is truly sadly ironic how twisted the word 'sustainable' sounds in the mouths of central bankers. to them it is just more austerity, which is also strange to hear in the mouths of people who take so many bonuses for simply talking about moving zeroes on paper.
anymore you either get by through your ability to self-censor your awareness of the dysfunction or outright exploit it, anyone else is just a tax-farm slave as stated.
american society is now effectively managed through interest rates and there is no way this can ever be consistent with a free society, as the long term repayment of the usurous debts requires that people stay in one location where they can be threatened etc.
if everyone evaded their debts, this whole evil would just end. but the spell over their minds is strong, they think they can really get out from under it if they just give a % every month. if there was one spell if shattered that would change everything for the better this would be it.
a relative of mine intentionally doesn't pay off their student loans, 'investing' the money in cd's at a higher interest rate and they think they are smart. i ask them if they'd keep a hammerhead shark as a pet if people were getting eaten by them on their front lawn.
