Tips to stay fresh all day
For staying fresh whole day you need not follow any special exercise or energizers .Following these simple steps can also help you in staying fresh :-
1 Follow the principle “Early to bed ,early to rise”.Waking up early in the morning helps you in staying fit and fresh .
2 Drink plenty of water. Water intake should be according to your weight .Like for every 20kg you need to have 1 litre of water .So if your weight is 60 kgs you should drink atleast 3litres of water daily .
3 Don’t keep mobile phone by your side while sleeping at night .If necessary keep it in airplane mode . This reduces emission of radiation .
4 Don't side idealy at one place for long hours. Take a small walk after every 1hour .
5 Wash you face with cold water regularly .Face wash or scrubber is not needed everytime .Simply washing your face with cold water helps in staying fresh all day long .
