Absolutely agree with everything you said here. There are so many ways that the system can be changed and while the overall shift happens, we can introduce little changes here and there that might not seem like much but they hold a lot of value as you said in the post.
I agree, there are many ways to change the system in overall, but the little ones will bring the change gradually which will help in overall development of children.
