Whatever your profession motivation will determine the quality of your work. Especially in education, Motivation has an important role.

Motivation is described as a state that energizes, directs and sustains behavior. Motivation involves goals and requires activity. Goals provide the impetus for and the direction of action, while action entails effort: persistence in order to sustain an activity for a long period of time.

To improve students' learning motivation, teachers are demanded more creatively and use various media to make their students interested to learn by connecting with activities that may be liked by students to obtain maximum learning outcomes. There are several steps that can be done to improve students' learning motivation are:

Giving Rating

Assessment in education can be categorized into two kinds, assessment of cognitive and affective judgments. Both of these assessments are very important in the world of education. This is in accordance with the purpose of national education where education is not only aimed to provide knowledge to the students but also to foster the character of noble character and nurture piety to Allah SWT. With Student Numbers that will diligently feel valued discipline and perfection in completing the task. So it will trigger them to be more diligent again to complete correctly and on time.

Giving Reward

Providing a stimulus or reward is a surefire way to increase motivation to students. Students are often given rewards will foster the spirit of competing fellow students in one class. Besides appreciating students by giving praise to students is also powerful to improve student learning motivation.

Use a variety of methods

Teachers need to apply various methods so that students do not get bored with the teaching and learning process. Therefore, teachers are required to be more creative and able to utilize various learning media for teaching and learning process more interesting and life.

Involve Students Directly

Students who are directly involved in the teaching and learning process will make the results of teaching and learning more inherent in the minds of students. In the presentation of school materials suppose the students are asked directly to mention their views on the subject matter in progress. That way students better understand after getting a more in-depth explanation of the teacher or from the discussion.

##Give Praise

giving praise can provide motivation to students. they will be more enthusiastic when getting praise from the teacher. moreover it says in the front all students.

##Punishmen
appropriate and wise penalties will increase students' motivation to improve inadequate learning outcomes. Punishment there are two type, physical punishment and verbal Punishment. these punishments do not intend to hurt the students' feelings. The teachers reasoned that this punishment deserves to be disciplined for the students (teukumukhlis)
