They are not loans, they are dept instruments. You fill out the form, sign it and the Bank colateralises it on the bond market. They dont lend you anything they just facilitate credit. Your signiture is worth millions of dollars so be careful what you sign. Its only you that converts numbers on a screen into something real with your hard work! Do it yourself and cut out the middle man!
