What is the difference between Education & Learning ?

In Today's world everyone want magic wand or some type of magic to happen & they will have what they want to have in their life. I think that its not their fault because Society is gradually shifting towards EDUCATION NOT LEARNING.

In Ancient time you can see their is Major Influence of Learning . They Learn things , Do mistakes & Keep on the Process , Untill They Learnt the particular thing. I f I begin to count on the Great minds on fingers then their will be shortage of fingers... like Ashoka, Buddha, Mare Magdalene, St. Paul, Ralph Waldo Emerson , Abraham Lincoln , Leo Tolstoy , Annie Besant etc...
You can read everything about their Life on Google, But my point here is that How they take Learning as main Motive of their Life which leads them to Greatness.
But Nowadays Everything is marketised . This change our Focus from Learning to Education. I would like to give you one example ... In t.v you can see ads. are going on that join that institute you will be doctor or engineer , join that Academy or Coaching you will be master of particular skill in this many days like month or two.

Due to this marketising Parents are now focusing on marks rather than Learning.They tell you that if you study , you will get admission or job to pursue to make your life secure. Education is what society wants you to acquire.

Whereas LEARNING is the process which begins from birth & continue till death. Learning is basic instinct possessed by all individuals. It is an informal process of knowledge,values & skills. It evolves in the inner self & at the personal level, for which their is no standards.
Learning is knowledge gained through Experiences.
You can see that's why Every Entrepreneurs say that Education,college or schools are waste of money,time etc
They are more Focused about Learning that you want to Achieve in your iternal GOAL.
which you can't able to get through Education.

That's why, We should Focus on Learning rather than Educating our Youth.
