About Brilliance
As the sun sets over the horizon, the particles and molecules in the atmosphere change the direction of the light rays, allowing them to scatter. This scattering, mixed with the clouds, light up the sky in intense colors.
Orange, yellow, blue, white, purple... No sunset is quite like any other. It's a brilliance that we may never fully understand. The light fades and the stars come out.
Then, at 1000 miles per hour, we spin around to see the sun rise behind us – just as bold and vivid. If it wasn't for this daily reminder, would we appreciate the sun as much?
If there weren't rainy, dreary days, would we take it for granted?
If there was no bitter, would we cherish sweet? Without death, would we appreciate life?
And what is heaven? For thousands upon thousands of years, it's been pondered.
Is heaven a place?
A feeling? A time? Is it a party?
Is heaven a back yard memory at a certain time with certain people?
Is heaven a memory of yesterday or a dream of tomorrow?
Is it a part of source and the universe as we are all one?
Is heaven a goal or a destination?
Heaven exists for each of us differently. Heaven can be a beautiful sunset of particles and molecules as we scatter light into the sky; it's brilliance that one day we will fully understand.
"For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one."
