CONCEPT OF LEADERSHIP ( How to Become A Successful Leader)⛄

Who wants to be a leader? I think everyone
Leadership sounds cool isn’t it?
But let me tell you it is not an easy task at all. A leader cannot be a good leader if he don’t have a clear vision about his goal which he wants to achieve. A vision is the ability to plan the future based on the present decisions, a powerful imagination. Every leader shares five characteristics; he should be creative, interactive, visionary, empowering and passionate.

A leader should have ability to see the future beforehand for example Martin Luthur King he is a leader and he make his decisions based on future fluctuations that how his present assessments will affect the upcoming events in future. If you are able to understand your current situation then it is easier for you to achieve your goal in the future. Leaders should have acquire the ability of forward looking, those who don’t, they get success for only few years and then they are out of run.
Leaders are the conscious guardians of their followers,
they show you the way that how to achieve the goal. A leader and followers share the same vision, the more their goals are same the more understanding will develop between them.A leader changes the needs, values, preferences and wishes of followers. Followers are the most important feature which helps the leader in reaching his goal. If a leader don’t have followers then there is no way for him to make his vision true.
Once a leader get out of track the followers will also get out of track and once he is out or replaced, the organization came down.

Every decision that a leader takes, impact his people.
A leader without a vision will only travel in circle with no end point. A leader should have these qualities to make his leadership successful because he leave a legacy behind him that inspire others to change.

according to me if you want to be a good leader,you must be a great leader
@funnystuff are you leader? If you are. Then goodluck, great leaders nowasdays are hard to find. But followers on the otherhand are like sand on the beach they are easy to find and procure, but is hard to build building out of it and is fragile as a baby.

I am kind of a leadership nerd. Many people confuse leadership and management as the same thing and they are most certainly not. One of the great misconceptions about leadership and in general dealing with people is that we should live and operate by the "golden rule". Treat people how we would want to be treated." Leadership doesn't work like this, we have to learn our people and love our people so in that we apply the "platinum rule." Treat people how they want to be treated. Everyone is different and applying a one size fits all method will doom a leader.
