When we use the word "best" it means we are comparing things, in other word we can get something better than the best. One of the reasons why examination is not the best test of knowledge is because it is possible that a student might be sick during or towards exams which could have negative impact on his performance.
Education experts therefore decided to use continuous assessment to bridge the gap.
Secondly, the volume of work would not have been much with continuous assessment.
I agree with the statement.
