Basic Maths - Rounding and estimating

This is fundamental to accurate guesswork. For example, 459,908.53 rounded up to the nearest tenth would become 459,908.50
Rounded up to the nearest ten though would make it 459,900
If the word ends in 'th' like ten'th' or hundred'th' instead of ten or hundred then you know it is the cent value.
