@bigtom13, Yes, History always hold the War and in my opinion if anyone agree or not, but the most of the wars out of all happened just because to showcase the power and for the domination in my opinion.

And at the end of the day wars brought one result and that is many Deaths and Brutal Injuries. And for sure at that time if we would see any logical managers in the governments then many wars would not happen no matter which war we are talking.

But, yes, sometimes it's really easy to say but when situations born then people move in other directions. And most of the wars are occurred because to acquire the lands.

And if observe then, we can see that many media is constantly talking about the Wars but in my opinion these kind of news is not beneficial because it just spreads tension amongst masses.

Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂

The overall weakening of America as a result of the Civil War is apparent. One direct result was the flood of immigrants that 'rebuilt' the base of the country. There were entire regiments of Irish Immigrants that fought for the North. Those men, the ones that survived absolutely powered America into the 20th century.

The costs were appalling. 24,000 deaths in two days at Shiloh. Less than a year later more than double that at Gettysburg. The killing of humans on an industrial scale.

Yes, that's really an unfortunate and painful aspect. Stay blessed.
