Psicopedagogía. How to facilitate the acquisition of written language (reading)

I am psicopedagoga, specialist in learning difficulties, over the years I have watched with great frequency as some children have difficulty learning to read, I have also observed the process of teaching to which they have been subjected and usually it is there where you will find the cause of this difficulty.
The process of written language acquisition (learning to read) should be given in the child to learn to speak or learn to walk, I explained a little more to give importance to what I want to say, when a child says their first words, parents are excited, congratulate him, encourage him to repeat it, embrace it. To say their first word as for example "moda" The mother says: he said mom! repeats my love: moooom", the father excited says "no, no, he said dad, repeats: daaaad".
With this example I want to illustrate that never scold the child to talk better because he said it wrong, in fact it was as well, he said it wrong but still congratulate him, stimulate it to repeat it. The same thing happens when the child begins to walk, he made the first steps very badly, it falls off, lift, there is excitement in the air and say to him: Very well! Go again, you're doing very well!
The process of learning to read should be in the same way that is given to the learn to speak or walk, praise the child, encourage and demonstrate the same joy, even with the errors that may commit the child because this tells us that it is achieving, in this way, the child will have a reason to continue learning.
The scolding, punishments or obligations to achieve this cause blockages in the learning, imagine that the child falls to start walking and you are given a slap or a cry because he does evil, who believe that would happen? I just don't want to follow him trying and if this were to be repeated constantly never learn to do so.
