⚡️Auto-Deleveraging System (ADL)

BitForex uses the auto-deleveraging system (ADL) instead of a socialized loss mechanism to protect traders from being affected by large losses caused by high-risk speculators.

When the balance of the insurance fund is not enough to cover the contract loss, the ADL automatically deleverages opposing traders’ positions by profit and leverage priority. BitForex deleverages all traders based on profit and leverage priorities. More profitable and higher leveraged traders will be deleveraged first.
