one of the problem we have here is that we don't copy right. we use to hold skill acquisition high in this country especially in the south east, but now, everyone is rushing to the university for a degree only to rush out afterwards and go and learn a skill when they have realized that there is no job any where. We do not modernize our culture, we throw it away and then adopt a new one only to start learning from the scratch, instead of improving on the already existing system.
