I am not saying boy are superior and girls are inferior but somethings can only be done by the boys, girl can't do it!

No offence just thought it would be a good example to show that deciding on what skills somebody possess just based on their gender doesnt always work
Ive known female hgv drivers or mechanics for instance who did a much better job than many.

so many other ways round it than ruining a 100 year tradition. And I think youre right about worrying about the effect it will have on what boy scouts was about.

yeah, but there should be a proper training to teach girls or anyone a specific skill.
