Noodles with Hairy Crab Meat Sauce 地道的本帮口味:蟹粉拌面

Hairy Crab is a type of local lake crab and has a very tiny shape, normally weigh at 100g-200g each. When hairy crab is in season(from late summer to fall) it is recommended to taste the many local dishes inspired by crab meat.

去位于南市区的九院看病,这个名字现在可能知道的人不多了。这里曾是是上海最热闹的老城厢,包括知名人挤人景点城隍庙在当时也属于南市区的范围之内。上海第一座横跨黄浦江的大桥南浦大桥就是连接了当时的南市区和浦东。可能因为南市区人口密集无法造直线引桥,南浦大桥的引桥是在空中整整绕了一圈多,每次开车经过都能把头绕晕。话说回来,南市区虽然已经历经拆迁改造基本看不出当年的风貌,但是因人口还是以本地居民为主,来这边观察了一下街边的饭店不少本帮菜馆,比如这家蟹粉拌面。

八宝辣酱,隆重的做法是要有八样原料然后用甜面酱和辣豆瓣酱炒制而成。现在普通饭馆一般就是豆腐干,花生米和鸡肉。
