When a person experiences anxiety, depression or some other unpleasant feeling, look for answers in their head, in an attempt to find an explanation and the reasons for this condition.
The human brain functions in such a way that it is seen in memory and reminds us of past events and memories that may be an explanation, anguish for us, but these memories feed our own depression in this state.
When for some reason we are sick, we naturally try to understand why we feel this way, to solve this "problem" of the depressed state once and for all and we no longer end up in it, this is how rational critical thinking works. Of the most powerful tools of consciousness.

In a figurative sense, this process can be represented in the following way: we see ourselves at a certain point (I'm not happy), but we know where we want to be (I'm happy).
The next stage, the mode of action is included in consciousness:
It helps to gradually reduce the discrepancy between current and desired states. And for this, unconsciously analyze the problem, because its function is to help us solve problems and complete tasks. Having analyzed the "problem" in the smallest, each of which is solved in the mind, and its solution is analyzed again to see if it brings us closer to the goal. In fact, this process happens very quickly, we can even ignore this process.

At first glance, it may seem that this way of solving a situation of feeling overwhelmed or emptied internally is effective, but in fact, the emphasis of this internal analysis and the questions "why is this the case and not the other way around?" it only grows Depression and fatigue; but this is not the "problems", which can be solved by thinking about them, they are emotions that reflect the state of our body and mind at this moment.
Therefore, it is advisable to stop thinking about them and allow yourself to feel.
As soon as we allow ourselves to feel and experience these emotions, feelings, conditions, recognizing their existence, without trying to explain them or get rid of them, they are more likely to let them go, to disappear.

Therefore, we now understand that a deep search for causes and answers that requires an explanation of our depressed state is the root of the problem, not its solution.
That is to say, the deep mental analysis is the root of the problem, not its solution.
