On Characters and Identity [Unintended Poem]
Over on @thewritersblock Discord server, we regularly discuss topics that relate to writing in one way or another. This morning, we discussed characters, genders, and identities we ascribe to our characters. See, there's a phenomenon that regularly occurs over on the Block. Your words are watched and edited into unintended poems by the lovely @tinypaleokitchen!
Poems like this:
On Characters and Identity
with how the face of society
is changing
more tolerant
breaking gender personality attributions
it may become essential
to make characters
more fluid
in the overall

but more and more
people are embracing

A man is but a woman,
in words and hidden feelings.
closer and closer we reach,
until we cannot be torn.
divinity resumes,
in every sentient being.
Lovely little poem. "The fluidity of being".
Thank you for the pledge, Anike! :-)
Raccoon is currently a vampire, we think--unseen in daylight hours, holy terror at night. Either that, or she's finally adjusting. LOL Very "raccoon" behavior, at least. We were starting to wonder. LOL Some semblance of normalcy in these woods is nice.
You're most welcome!
And LOL. Sure sounds like a vampire, alright. Signs of adjustment is good progress. Hope the normalcy, however that may be with so many animals, comes back around soon.
