It can be really, really short. We've had a couple incidents in the last couple weeks here in Belize where children have died, and it has been really hard. I do try to make the best of my days, and I also remind myself that it's ok that I don't appreciate every single moment and that kids are not always sparkle rainbows of unicorn joy.

I think sometimes spirits come into this world with an agreement to bring the rest of us a gift or a bit of knowledge or understanding that requires them to leave earth early. So much love to you in your healing.
