You are welcome. Im not sure what yiu mean by remove the dirt? Do you mean fat?
I mean the dirt that sticks to the meat to be cleaned first, like fat or blood that stick.

No problem. But you don't call that dirt here... say blood or mud otherwise it sounds like there is mud or dust in the dish. Hope that helps you ❤
