Thank you for this post @eco-alex and thanks for sharing your routine. I upvoted and resteemed. :-) I just started a morning routine that I am finding helps me through my day. I learned of a chant from JAI DEV SINGH who does Kundalini Yoga. I have been doing this every morning as soon as I wake up right on my bed. It is suppose to open the chakras and give energy to the body. I also do a QiGong exercise that is only 7 mins.

. I also just committed to a routine for writing my book. Otherwise the day seems to fly by with all the chores and computer time and not get done. I am told it takes a good 30-40 days to create a new routine. So that is what I am working on. I am also starting to plan my day the night before so I am sure I am not distracted and can get done all the chores that must be done when they need to be done. I feel rituals and routines helps a person feel good because you become focused on the important things. Our bodies and minds are just as important as any chores or work we need to accomplish daily as well. A healthy mind and body allows us to do more and feel good about ourselves.
