YouTube video I was watching got CENSORED!!!
It’s been a while…!
Late Friday night I was watching a YouTube video on one of those alternative news channels and - BAM! - the video refreshed out of the middle of nowhere. The black screen that replaced it said something to the likes of “This video has been deleted...This channel no longer exists…” It wasn’t about copyright. It did not simply state the user account associated with the video had been deleted. It was a few lines of an explanation about something that spooked me and I immediately logged out.
I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t even finish watching. So what were the contents of the video in question? Economic collapse of the US dollar resulting in a replacement with two different currencies - one for international trade and one for domestic purchases made by citizens. That’s as far as I got. Don’t know if it’s true, but nothing inflammatory had been said up to the point the video was deleted. I mean, why would it be deleted?
Luckily, the user created a new YouTube account and migrated some of the videos. We need an alternative to the Tube though.
