Will the Bank of Japan intervene again to prop up the yen?
Here is the Yen's chart:
On 22nd September the Bank of Japan spent $19.7 billion to support the yen.
But speculators are shorting it again.
Will the BoJ intervene again?
We know that in June they held $1.234 trillion in US treasuries.
How much of this have they turned into liquid dollars, ready for another intervention?
Someone (or lots of someones) has been selling treasuries as their prices are tumbling...
