Great article @x22report. Talking about wise investors in different country. What I have observed is for many years. China has been playing the long game not only in the U.S. but in countries like Africa. It is music to their ears when a country says we cannot afford to pay our debts. because real estate in a foreign country (real assets = a stake in a foreign country) means its time to collect now. Its time for China to come to collect. And want they be a fat cat when they do.
