Excellent post. Nice to use the concept of the eclipse as a way of sharing unity. I experienced one on my honeymoon in New Caledonia many years ago. The beach was full of photographers from around the world. The big thing for me is the opportunity to see solar waves and a better look at the Milky Way from earth without the sun overshadowing them.
