Expecting a 'final' resolution of the Gazprom case to be announced May 24-th
Smashing logic from the EU Antitrust commissioner Margrethe Vestager, suffice a quote: '(Gazprom's) commitments will change Gazprom’s future behavior, whereas a fine would only punish past behavior.'
