鱼头颅 ,龙乡饭店 Restoran Dragon Village#Johor,Skudai

        马来西亚真的是一个美食天堂,从小便觉得生长在这里超幸福的事就是无论想吃中餐、西餐、马来餐、印度餐抑或是泰国餐、越南餐、韩国餐、日本餐、港式点心,这里都有。只有想不到的,没有吃不到的。 

         那天,我们一家来到士姑来(Skudai)大学城(Taman Universiti)那边,士古来是柔佛州的一个市镇,那里离新山市区大约半个至一小时的距离,从吉隆坡出发的话路程更远,需要坐达3小时的车程才到,感觉屁股都快被坐到凹进去了。

         直到当天傍晚7时我们才抵达,找好住宿后边去寻觅吃的。偶然在昏暗夜色的街道上,看见一排排的店铺中闪着明亮白色原子灯的一间饭店。  

  Malaysia really is a food paradise, that’s what I thought since I’m small. No matter Chinese food, western-style food, Malay meal, India meal ,Thailand meal, Vietnam meal, South Korea meal, the Japanese meal or Hong Kong-style dessert. Only what you can’t think to eat, but have no what you couldn’t eat.   On that day, we arrived at Skudai(Skudai) university city (Taman Universiti) that side, Skudai is a small town of Johor, there to the Johor Bharu district about half to one hour of distance,and the distance starting from Kuala Lumpur is quite far, needs 3 hours of driving to reach there.  So until 7:00 pm we arrived, after we checked in the hotel ,we quickly find a restoran to having dinner. At the street night, seeing in rows of shops, we walked in to the  龙乡饭店 Restoran Dragon Village which shining brightly with white lamp.     

就是这间 Restoran Dragon Village。生活的饮食惊喜总是出奇不意。

 This is  Restoran Dragon Village. Diet of life, pleasantly surprised always unexpectedly.  

令我出乎预料与惊喜的是他们的鱼头颅。招牌确实不错,咸淡味适中,鲜甜的蔬菜鱼头熬汤,浓郁的芋头、生奶加白酒调味,原材料的味道让人齿颊留香。

 What made me unexpected and pleasantly surprised was their fish head. Their signature dishes is truly good, the salty light moderate, fresh vegetables and fish head makes the sweet soup, rich of taro and fresh milk and white spirit added in the soup to blend flavours, a soup make me dig in.  

以碳恒温,是我在各多饭店里看到最新奇的。可能这就是讲究维持舌尖的享受与满足。

 Using carbons to constant temperature, is the novelly food  way that what I see in various restoran before. Possibly this is the art maintains enjoyment and satisfaction of tip of tongue.  

我喜欢喝凉茶,去到哪儿都好,罗汉果茶、薏米水、冬瓜龙眼水都好。这里的罗汉果茶芳香甘甜,喝起来就似纯纯无糖剂的自家煲煮的罗汉果茶味。

 I like drinking herbal tea, Siraitia grosvenori tea, barley tea, white gourd longan fruit-tea. This is Siraitia grosvenori tea which fragrant much, sugar-free that good for health,helps produce saliva and slake thirst, and keeps you a cool head and refreshment.      

“马来风光”-辣炒通心菜,是本地家常菜、任何饭店里必点的菜肴之一,不过炒的好不好吃就见仁见智了。这一道普遍的菜肴也深得我喜欢。

 "Malaya scenery" - stirs fry being hollow vegetable spicily, is one of cooked food in the local simple dish and any restoran must be order, the taste of delicious fries on different people has different views. It’s depending. But this universal cooked food is also I like deep.  

葱姜鹿肉,这也是我从小吃到大的菜。往往过去吃的鹿肉都是多筋难嚼,但这儿的鹿肉鲜嫩润滑多汁,令人不禁回味无穷。

 The onion ginger venison, this is also a dish I vegetable. The venison that often in the past ate is the multi-muscles is difficult to chew, but here, venison fresh and tender lubrication juiciness.  

肉碎豆腐。外酥内滑是我对它的印象。


虽无华丽的装潢,花俏的摆盘装饰,但却是我在这里偶然尝到最好吃的滋味。

 Bean curd with chopped meat. Bean curd outside crisp and  inside slip is what I impression to this.

Although not magnificent decoration, fancy pendulum plate decoration, but here is actually surprising me accidentally, that’s all tastes the most delicious taste I’ve been in Skudai.
