Jwejem
Jwajem is a typical Sfaxian delicacy. Fresh and gourmet dessert, it is almost infinite, depending on seasonal fruits and your creativity
Ingredients for 4 jwajem
. 6 plain or flavored stirred yogurts
. 300 grams of seasonal fruits cut into small cubes
. 150 grams of crushed dried fruit
. Fruit syrup
. Honey
Optional: crushed biscuits or crumble, whipped cream or chocolate sauce!
Provide 4 tall glasses or ice cream cups
Preparation:
Pour the syrup on the inner walls of the glass. Deposit at the bottom of the glass a first layer of yoghurt. Drop a small layer of fruit, then another layer of yoghurt. Drop another layer of fruit, then a layer of dried fruit. Repeat and finish with a drizzle of honey.
If you are very greedy, add a whipped cream hat or a chocolate layer and finish with a new layer of dried fruits!
The visual effect is pretty and the result is delicious
