Potato, egg and tomato casserole

onion: 1 piece
Garlic: 1 clove
tomato: 4

COOKING:
I take the ingredients by eye to get quite a lot. I cook potatoes in jackets. You need to peel the tomatoes. Cut the peeled and chilled potatoes into chunks and place in an ovenproof dish. I cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the rest. Season with salt and plenty of pepper. I cut the onion into very small cubes. I sprinkle with grated cheese on top, add evenly distributed pieces of butter, or pour over beaten eggs all over. I close the pot and place it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (180 degrees). Remove the lid a moment before the end of baking to make the food crispy.
