This amazing plant reseeds itself and @sagescrub describes it as tasting better than spinach. Now I really want to taste it after hearing that. One of the best ways in which we can create a more sustainable lifestyle is to grow our own food and this post really promotes just that.

I am a big fan of @riverflows writing, she really has a wonderful gift and I always find myself getting swept up in her writing. In this post we talks about the many ways in which we judge others, especially when we try and quieten our minds in group led meditations or yoga. We usually try and fight against this, but really we should be using this opportunity to reflect on our reactions and to realize that we actually have a choice in how we response. In this post @senorcoconut talks about his plans to build a passive Home, so that he can live a more sustainable lifestyle. But more than that he includes pictures of a platform he is building for a bell tent, all from wood he salvaged and is now recycling in at his homestead and also using the resources that he found on the land. This is a fine example of the way in which we need to be building our homes, using recycled materials and the resources that surround us and are of the land.
