EarthNation PostOffice. An Earthnation DAO Proposal 10/8/2017.

Following is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"There is no great Nation without a Postal System -- this goes too for Earth Nation !

Purpose: provide a US or foreign postal address to Earth Nation Citizen.

within Earth Nation we have sometime a need to use a street address that is not where we reside (https://awakeningsovereignty.slack.com/archives/C72UCUGUA/p1505613659000010).

it would be fantastic if we can be 'home' at the EarthNation HQ, and we will setup a service payable in keys to have the mail forwarded to its "final" destination

IMPORTANT we will restrict the service to letters only (so no package forwarding : we want to stay out of trouble with customs etc.)

The proposal is

we will be adding an entry in the Homecenter for "ENPostOffice" where voteholders can pick their "snail-mail postal address" from a list of proposed EarthNation' homes, and specify a "forwarding" address in an excel spreadsheet (online forms).

The service is provided by the resident of the home, this person will forward the letters arriving at his/her home to the recipient's address specified in the speadsheet.

Shipping is at the expense of the recipient and there will be a compensation in keys for the handling (2x the postage for instance ?)

Note: for domestic forwarding services, we can even make a permanent rerouting with a ~$40 yearly cost. international forwarding might be available in certain area at extra cost (COD).

Financing the project (to adress Paul's concern): I like to ask for keys instead of $, a I am a strong believer we should do EVERYTHING in keys... and fund$ require should be raise with contribution of people believing in the projects : in other word project team members put money and time and Earth Nation recognize their effort with keys.

ROI is provided by the 2x postage price directly re-injected at every use in the EarthNation econmic zone ... also there is benefit the service provides in my personal case my US credit card expire this month and by using EarthNation post office I can have it send to EN-HQ and I will be able to continue to use my USD for investing in EarthNation .

I believe the value and impact of such a service worth 100x more than what we will put in."
