Advance chemical earthing installation for high performance for industrial application

Most of us have challenges having a good earthing system for our equipment. Sometimes we use heavy metal electrodes and more chemicals to maintain the quality of earthing. But maintaining quality is not enough. You must have a low resistance value of the earthing system. There are many types of earthing available in the market, but where the soil is not good, you cannot do anything. So there is some process by which you can get good resistance value.

For a good earthing system for industrial application, you have to go through this process. Go with chemical earthing for better performance.

First of all, make a pit of 10 feet and put a 10-inch pipe inside it.

Now tie it with bamboo so that it does not move

Now tie the leash of the Poclain machine well in the pipe, because it will become very heavy, then without Poclain, it will not be able to come out.

Now the pipe has to be pulled slowly by Proclain

Put more chemicals in the earthing electrode from above
